Research and Development

There are 10 persons in the R&D Center .It was divided into two sections, Mould Section and Engineering Section. As one of the most important departments of our factory, R&D center mainly responsible for new product development and design; mould design, making, amendment and improvement; packaging development and design; BOM completed; technical data establishment; manufacturing cost estimation; injection molding /packaging proceeding standard stipulation and on-spot technical direction ; quality standard appraisal; quality problem reason analysis, correcting and avoiding; and new material, new workmanship, new technique and new equipment application and development.
